Is raising the voice during Dhikr immediately after the obligatory prayer legislated?

Raising the voice in remembrance of God immediately upon the people finishing the obligatory prayer was practiced during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him. Knowledge of their departure could be ascertained by hearing this audible remembrance.
