What is recommended to be said by the listener upon hearing the Iqamah (second call to prayer)?

It is recommended for the listener to say the same as the Mu'adhin during the Iqamah, except when the Mu'adhin says 'Qad qamat as-Salah' (The prayer is established), the listener should say: 'Aqamaha Allahu wa adamah' (May Allah establish it and perpetuate it). For the rest of the Iqamah, the response is similar to the narration concerning Umar in the Adhan.
