What is the ruling concerning rising from the second prostration to stand for the next rak'ah?

When one completes the second prostration and rises for standing, the standing (Qiyam) is an essential pillar, and the Takbir (saying Allahu Akbar) upon rising is obligatory according to one narration from Ahmad. The standing must be done while reciting the Takbir.
