What is the ruling if one is obligated to pray sitting but utters the Takbir while already beginning to bow?

If a person whose prayer is validly performed while sitting utters the Takbir before commencing the physical act of bowing, the obligation is to utter the Takbir while in the seated position before the bowing motion begins.
