What is the ruling if a person achieves the minimum measure of bowing (ruku) but an impediment prevents them from rising?

If a person achieves the minimum required measure of bowing and an obstruction prevents them from rising, the obligation to rise is waived due to impossibility. They complete their prayer by performing prostration (sujud) for that bow. This ruling is based on the necessity arising from the inability to complete the next physical action.
