What is the ruling on praying in a usurped garment if no other garment is found?

If only a usurped garment is available, one must pray naked. This is because the right of another human being (Adamiy) is involved, which is treated similarly to the case where one finds no water for ablution except by usurping it, in which case one performs Tayammum instead.
