What is the ruling if a traveler strongly suspects his Imam is also a traveler?

If the traveler strongly suspects the Imam is a traveler due to observing the signs and appearances of travel upon the Imam, the follower may intend to shorten the prayer (Qasr). If the Imam shortens the prayer, the follower shortens it with him. If the Imam completes the prayer, the follower must follow him in completion. If the follower intends completion, completion is obligatory upon him, regardless of whether the Imam shortened or completed the prayer, as this follows the follower's intention.
