What is the Sunnah regarding turning during the second Taslim of the prayer?

It is Sunnah to turn to the left during the second Taslim. The turning in the second Taslim should be more pronounced. Evidence is found in the narration of Yahya bin Muhammad bin Sa'id, through his chain from Ammar, stating that the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to salute to his right until the whiteness of his right cheek was visible, and when he saluted to his left, the whiteness of both his right and left cheeks was visible. This narration is also transmitted by Abu Bakr through his chain from Ibn Mas'ud from the Prophet, peace be upon him.
