When is the time limit for making up the Witr prayer after Fajr?

Imam Al-Nakh'i, Sa'id ibn Jubayr, and Al-Hasan state that if the sun has risen, there is no Witr. Some state that whoever prays the dawn prayer (Ghadah) has no Witr incumbent upon him. The first opinion is more sound.

Imam Ahmad stated that it is beloved to have some voluntary prayers that one maintains, and if missed, one makes them up. Imam Malik states that the two rak'ahs of Fajr are made up until the time of Dhuhr, and not after that.
