How are two equally proficient reciters prioritized for leadership?

One reciter is favored over another based on the quantity of Quran memorized, according to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Let the one among you who knows the most Quran lead you." If they are equal in memorized quantity, the one with better recitation quality and grammar is preferred, as they fall under the general ruling of the most proficient reciter. If one has more memorization but the other has fewer errors and better recitation, the one with fewer errors is preferred due to the greater reward mentioned for correct recitation and grammar versus reciting with errors.
