What is the wording used by the Mu'adhin when proclaiming the start of the prayer (Iqamah)?

When proclaiming the start of the prayer (Iqamah), the Mu'adhin repeats the initial supplication, except that he then states: 'Qad qamat as-Salat' (The prayer has been established). This is derived from the narration concerning the beginning of the Adhan, where a man from the Ansar described seeing a man in green garments standing on the mosque, calling the Adhan, sitting briefly, and then standing again to proclaim the establishment of the prayer.
