Does a buyer's claim that they purchased a share for the benefit of another partner affect the right of pre-emption (Shuf'ah)?

The buyer's claim that they purchased a share for the benefit of one of the existing partners does not diminish the right of pre-emption sought by the other partner. Pre-emption rights between the two partners are divided equally (in halves), regardless of whether the foreign buyer acquired the share for themselves or for the other partner.
