What governs the preemption right when a share belonging to an apostate partner is sold to a non-Muslim buyer?

If a share belonging to an apostate partner is sold, and the buyer is a non-Muslim, and the remaining Muslim partner exercises preemption, this action is treated as a purchase of the share from the buyer. This is analogous to exercising preemption against any other non-partner buyer.
