Primary text

If all parties share the right, the partner who did not sell receives one-third of each quarter, completing their half ownership by annexing the shares of the two previous sellers. The first seller and the first purchaser each receive one-sixth, as they are partners in the right of preemption.

Supporting text

The second seller and the second purchaser each receive one-sixth, divided equally between them (one-twelfth each), as they are partners in the right pertaining to only one sale transaction. The total distribution is validated over twelve parts.
