What is the ruling when a buyer claims ownership was for an identified, present third party?

Book of Preemption (Shuf'ah)
Primary text
If a buyer states, "I bought this for so-and-so," and that person is present, the judge summons the claimed owner. If the claimed owner affirms the purchase, ownership transfers to them, and the right of preemption (Shuf'a) becomes applicable to them. If the claimed owner denies the purchase and claims it is their property, the dispute shifts to them. If the claimed owner denies the purchase, the ruling stands that the purchaser bought it, and the preemption right applies to the actual purchaser.
