What is the ruling if the partner sells the plot (shaqs) in three equal transactions?

If the partner sells the plot in three equal transactions, the ruling is the same as if he sold it to three separate individuals. The entitlement of the pre-emptor in this case is similar to what he would be entitled to when dealing with three separate buyers.
