Is the ablution (Wudu) performed by a menstruating woman valid for permitting her to remain in the mosque?

The ablution performed by a menstruating woman is not valid, and thus remaining in the mosque is not permitted for her.
Supporting text
This view is narrated from Ibn Umar, Al-Hasan, Ata, Tawus, Al-Shaabi, and Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad. It is the established position of Malik, Al-Shafi'i, and the Ashab al-Ra'y (Hanafi school). Dawud is the only known dissenter who permitted touching the scripture.
