What actions are permissible for one who performed Tayammum only for major ritual impurity (Janabah) and not minor impurity (Hadath)?

If one performs Tayammum specifically for Janabah without performing it for Hadath (minor impurity), that person is permitted to perform acts allowed for one in a state of minor ritual purity, such as reciting the Quran and remaining in the mosque. However, prayer, circumambulation (Tawaf), and touching the Mushaf (physical copy of the Quran) remain prohibited.
