Primary text

There are two established narrations regarding the invalidation of ablution by camel milk. The first narration states that it invalidates ablution based on the report from Usayd ibn Hudayr, where the Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded ablution to be performed after consuming camel meat and milk. In another narration, when asked about camel milk, the Prophet commanded ablution, but when asked about sheep milk, he commanded against it. This view is supported by scholars based on these specific narrations.

The second opinion holds that camel milk does not invalidate ablution because the authentic narration specifically mentions only the meat of the camel, not the milk. Furthermore, the ruling on this matter is deemed non-analogical (ghayr ma'qul), necessitating adherence strictly to the explicit text of the revelation.
