Is Ghusl obligatory if a man awakens from a wet dream without finding any fluid, but semen exits later while walking?
Chapter on What Necessitates Ghusl

Primary text
Ghusl is obligatory. This is based on the case where a man dreamt of intercourse and awoke finding nothing, but semen exited later when he walked, regarding which Ahmad ruled that Ghusl is required. This aligns with the evidence that if semen moves due to desire, its eventual exit necessitates Ghusl, otherwise, it would imply that the initial movement of semen due to desire results in no obligation whatsoever.
