Primary text

If the semen exits after the initial sensation of movement (even if Ghusl was performed before the exit), Ghusl is obligatory. This is because the semen exited as a result of the desire, thus obligating Ghusl, just as if it had exited during the sensation of movement. This is supported by Ahmad's statement concerning a man who has intercourse but does not emit, performs Ghusl, and then semen exits later; Ghusl is obligatory upon him.

Supporting text

If the semen exits after urination following the initial sensation and stopping, there is no Ghusl required, according to one narration, because the exiting fluid is not the semen that moved but rather exited without desire, resembling fluid exiting due to sickness. If it exits before urination, it is considered the same semen that had moved.
