Is it disliked to completely remove hair using scissors (miqras)?

Completely removing hair using scissors is not disliked according to a single narration. Imam Ahmad distinguished between shaving with a razor, which was reportedly disliked, and using scissors, for which there is no issue. The evidences indicating dislike are specific only to shaving (with a razor), not cutting with scissors.
