Is it permissible to draw ablution water directly from a pipe (Anbuba)?

There is no objection to performing Wudu using water taken from a pipe. This is supported by a narration from Imam Ahmad. This action is considered a precaution, but it is permissible even if not done, because the primary state of the water is purity.
