Is it permissible for a woman to remove facial hair by plucking?

Plucking hair from the face (Nams) is prohibited for the woman who plucks (Al-Namisa) and the one whose hair is plucked by her command (Al-Mutanammisa) due to the explicit curse issued by the Prophet (peace be upon him).
