It is recommended to inspect the remaining facial hair and to wipe the corners of the eyes to remove any kohl or rheum. Abu Dawud narrated, with his chain of narration, from Abu Umamah, who mentioned the Wudu of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, saying, "He used to wipe the two corners of the eyes."
