Is the narration concerning wiping the head up to the Qidhal (base of the neck) established?

The Hadith narrated by Talha ibn Musarrif, from his father, from his grandfather, stating, "I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, wiping his head until he reached the Qidhal" (the upper part of the nape), is deemed weak. Sufyan and Yahya both rejected this narration. Additionally, the narration of Ibn Abbas concerning wiping the neck is unknown and not reported by the compilers of the Sunan collections.
