What is the priority when there is physical impurity (najasah) on the garment and physical impurity (najasah) on the body, and the water is only sufficient for one?

If a person faces physical impurity (najasah) on the garment and physical impurity (najasah) on the body simultaneously, and the available water suffices for only one, the garment must be washed, and Tayammum must be performed for the bodily impurity. This is because Tayammum has a valid legal basis (madkhal) for addressing physical impurity on the body in such restrictive circumstances.
