In which quantity of water does a woman's seclusion (Khalwah) affect the water's ruling?

The seclusion of the woman only affects small quantities of water. Her seclusion does not affect water amounting to two Qullahs or more, because neither physical impurity nor major ritual impurity affects water of that quantity, so nullification due to seclusion is less likely.
