What is recommended after completing Istinja with water?

It is recommended for the person who has finished cleaning with water to rub his hand on the ground afterward. This is based on the narration from Maymunah that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did so, and another narration where the Prophet (peace be upon him) cleaned himself from a container (tawr) and then rubbed his hand on the ground, as narrated by Ibn Majah.
