What is the required procedure for purification if the wound is on a limb other than the face, and Wudu is required?

If the wound is on another limb (not the face), the sound parts preceding the injured limb must be washed first. Thereafter, the ruling mirrors that established for the face regarding the sequence between washing and Tayammum.
