Primary text

If an object is stitched with pig bristles, the stitch itself becomes najis (impure) if it, or the object being stitched, is wet at the time of stitching. Purification is only achieved through washing.

Supporting text

Ibn Aqil reported a narration from Ahmad that there is no harm in using them, which is likely because people cannot avoid them, and imposing the obligation to wash them would lead to the destruction of people's property. Therefore, the apparent meaning is that stitching with them is permissible, but purity necessitates washing.
