The difference from the Qiblah ruling arises from several factors. Primarily, uncertainty regarding the Qiblah occurs frequently, making the insistence on certainty difficult, thus excusing the hardship. Secondly, the uncertainty concerning the garments often arises from the person's negligence, as they could have marked the impure item or washed it, which is not possible concerning the Qiblah. Thirdly, there are established indicators for the Qiblah, such as the stars, sun, and moon, which strengthen the probability of correct conjecture, leaving only weak possibilities of error, unlike the case with garments.
