What is the ruling regarding Nifas (post-natal bleeding) in relation to Ghusl?

Nifas is exactly the same as Hayd. The blood of Nifas is essentially menstrual blood, but it occurs during the period of pregnancy to nourish the child. Once the child is delivered, the blood is discharged because its recipient (the fetus) is gone. It is termed Nifas due to this circumstance.
