What is the ruling for a woman experiencing a recurring, varied menstrual pattern (Mukhtalifah) with a known sequence?

If the variation in the length of menstruation follows a specific sequence, such as three days one month, four the next, and five the third, repeating this order, she must adhere to the pattern. When menstruation occurs, she acts upon the known duration for that specific cycle position, then the next, and so on, following the established sequence.
