Is there a difference in ruling regarding small versus large amounts of urine falling into water that can be drained?

There is no difference; whether the urine is little or much, if it falls into a deep well where draining is possible, the water must be drained. A drop of urine falling into water means one cannot perform wudu from it. This is because, concerning other impurities, there is no distinction made between small and large amounts.
