Touching the male organ of a child nullifies Wudu due to the general command: "Whoever touches the male organ should perform Wudu." It is an attached human male organ, similar to that of an adult.
Supporting text
Al-Zuhri and Al-Awza'i suggest that touching a child's male organ does not invalidate Wudu because touching and looking at it is permissible, citing narrations that the Prophet, peace be upon him, kissed or touched Al-Hasan's private part without repeating Wudu. However, these narrations are not considered established, and the permissibility of touching/looking at one's own does not negate the ruling regarding one's own organ.
