Touching the male organ with the forearm does not nullify Wudu. The established boundary for rulings attached to the 'hand' in Shari'ah does not extend beyond the wrist (beyond the elbow), as evidenced by rulings concerning theft amputation and wiping during Tayammum.

A minority opinion, attributed to Ahmad, 'Ata', and Al-Awza'i, holds that touching the forearm nullifies Wudu because it is considered part of the hand.
