Does touching the private parts of a beast invalidate ablution?
Chapter on What Nullifies Purification
Al-Mughni
Book of Purification
Primary text
Touching the private parts of a beast does not invalidate ablution. This is the position of the majority of scholars and is preferred because there is no explicit text mandating invalidation for this act, nor does it resemble what has been explicitly legislated for invalidation, making the statement contrary to established principles.
