If a mature, sane, Muslim, non-sinner reports the impurity and specifies the reason for the impurity, acceptance of their report is obligatory, whether the reporter is male or female, free or enslaved, or their justice is known or merely presumed.

It is plausible that acceptance becomes obligatory if the aforementioned possibilities of differing legal opinions regarding the cause of impurity are negated regarding the reporter.
