Primary text

If a wounded person performs Tayammum for a wound on some limb, and then the prescribed time for prayer expires, their Tayammum becomes invalid. However, if the original required purification was Ghusl (ritual bath for major impurity like Janabah), the purification does not become invalid. This is because sequence (Tartib) and continuity (Muwalah) are not obligatory for Ghusl.
