Is deliberate stalling during archery permitted when done to annoy an opponent?

It is forbidden for one archer to intentionally prolong the action or engage in unnecessary activities, such as wiping the bow or string, with the intention of making the opponent forget his aim or become fatigued. Such an archer is compelled to shoot. However, the opponent is not to be rushed completely to the extent that precision in aiming is prevented.
