Is it permissible for a non-participant to claim partnership in the stakes (winnings and losses) of an archery contest (*nidal*) after the contest has already begun?

Primary text
The claim of a bystander to be a partner in both the winnings (*ghanim*) and the liability (*ghurm*) regarding the stakes (*sabaq*) in an archery contest is invalid. This is because the stakes and liability only pertain to the actual competitors (*munadil*). One who does not shoot cannot share in the winnings or liabilities.
