Primary text
It is invalid to stipulate a specific order of participation, such as designating one person from one party ('hizb) as the first competitor, another from the opposing party as the first, then designating the second from the first party, and the second from the second party. This stipulation is void because designating the order for each party should belong to their designated leader, and the opposing party has no right to participate or share in that designation, rendering the stipulated arrangement corrupt (fasid).
