What is the ruling regarding the required waiting period when two divorces occur without reconciliation or consummation between them?

When two divorces occur without any subsequent consummation or seclusion (*khulwah*) in between, more than one waiting period is not obligatory, similar to when one immediately follows the other, or when her 'Iddah ends, she remarries, and is divorced before consummation.
