Is sexual intercourse with a female slave by her master a sufficient condition for her subsequent remarriage to her first husband?

Sexual intercourse by the master with his female slave does not render her lawful for her first husband. This is established by the explicit text of the Quran: "Until she marries a husband other than him" (Quran 2:230), and the master is not considered a husband in this capacity.
