Does a subsequent waiting period become obligatory if the marriage is annulled (*faskh*) after a divorce?

The same ruling applies if the husband divorces her, and then the marriage is annulled due to a defect in either spouse, or because she was freed (emancipated) while married to a slave, or due to reasons such as fosterage (*radaa'ah*), difference in religion, or other causes, because annulment is considered equivalent to divorce in effect regarding the required waiting period.
