When a woman is pregnant due to a single divorce and the husband divorces her a second time, when does the Iddah end concerning the right of Raj'ah?

Primary text
The majority of scholars hold that the Iddah does not end until the entire pregnancy is delivered. This is supported by the verse: "And for those who are pregnant, their term is until they deliver their load" (Quran 65:4). The term 'load' (Haml) encompasses everything in the womb, so the Iddah remains ongoing until the remainder of the pregnancy is delivered, and the right of Raj'ah persists with it. If the Iddah ended upon the delivery of part of the fetus, it would allow her to marry another man while pregnant with the first husband's child, a position no one holds.
Supporting text
It is narrated from 'Ikrimah that the Iddah ends upon the delivery of the first child. Al-Qatadah disputed this, asking if she would be permitted to marry, to which 'Ikrimah replied no, making him opponents (Khasm) to the slave's position. If part of the child emerges, and he revokes her before she delivers the rest, the revocation is valid because she has not delivered her entire pregnancy, placing her in the status of one who delivered only one of two children.
