Primary text
If an owner of a water structure (masna') has an established right, the neighbor is not permitted to plant a fig tree or similar vegetation nearby whose roots may spread, split the structure's wall, and cause damage. The owner of the structure has the right to prevent such planting or to remove the tree if it has already been planted.
