Primary text
If the mine owner permits the worker to labor with the condition that the worker receives everything extracted, the worker owns what they extract, and the mine owner has no claim. This constitutes a permissible concession (*Ibahah*) from the owner, similar to giving permission to take from one's house or orchard.
