What is the ruling on performing Al-Far'ah or Al-'Atirah sacrifice after the abrogation?

The intent of the hadith negating Al-Far'ah and Al-'Atirah is to deny their legislative status (Sunnah), not to prohibit their performance or render it disliked (Makruh). If a person slaughters an animal in Rajab, or slaughters the firstborn of a she-camel due to necessity or for the purpose of charity and feeding others, this act is not considered disliked.
